Google Is Allowing A Fake Marcel Website to Rank
It is frustrating to see that Google will allow fake brand websites to remain live, indexed and ranked in their search product. About a year ago, we found this FAKE Marcel Digital website. It is dangerous and seems like it was used for phishing schemes and other spam attempts. We have attempted multiple times to submit feedback to Google about this fake, spam website that has copied us and Google does nothing about it. It is frustrating and dangerous and Google should be doing a better job. What is even more frustrating is this website hasn't even been functioning for over a month. It just 302 redirects you to an 'account suspended, contact your hosting provider' page and yet Google lets this still live in the SERPs. Look at all the pages below that Google is continuing to index. Google, why are you letting these fake, spam pages live in your index. We do not control this website despite it obviously copying our brand. Google needs to be better about combating SPAM initiatives like this:
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel paid search page (Google, please remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel Ziegler case study page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel HUB case study page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel About Us page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel Careers page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel How to Outsource Web Development blog page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel Terms of Use page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel Participates in Expert Panel blog page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel Streetwise case study page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
- SPAM, FAKE Marcel IAA case study page (Google, remove from the SERPs)
