These product cards are interactive, allowing users to click and get to different retailer sites or even ask follow up questions about specific items directly within the chat.

Currently these listings are coming from structured data, so if you're a retailer, it's more important than ever to have structured data on your website, as well as allow open AI to crawl your product pages. Looking ahead, ChatGPT will allow users to upload their own product feeds, opening new grounds for optimization, and easier visibility.
