In an industry that’s as reliant on leads and conversions as Insurance, it’s important to have a website that is easy to use, navigate, and points users to forms and calls to action in a visible fashion. HUB International Ontario was inspired by the website that Marcel Digital created for HUB International corporate and wanted the same efficiency. Marcel’s mission was to develop a site focused on lead conversion, specific to the region, while maintaining brand consistency. We did so by leveraging data collected in user testing to guide our design and development process.
