Celebrating Four Years of Growth: Welcoming Our 2025 Marketing Associate

Marcel Digital’s Marketing Associate Program is now entering its fourth year, and we couldn’t be more proud of how far it’s come. What began as an ambitious idea to attract top graduates from across the Midwest has evolved into a cornerstone of our talent development strategy. The program is designed to identify exceptional talent and immerse them in a rigorous two-year journey through every facet of our integrated, omni-trained agency. The result? A launchpad for high-performance careers in digital marketing.

This year, we’re so excited to welcome Meghan, a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin, as our newest Marketing Associate! She’s coming to us fresh out of college, ready to jump in with energy, ideas, and curiosity - all things we love to see. We can’t wait to see what she brings to the team.

Meet Meghan Dougherty

Meghan recently joined Marcel Digital's 2025 Marketing Associate cohort after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she majored in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies with minors in Business and Entrepreneurship. Meghan has extensive coursework and internship experience in consumer insights, analytics, and advertising reporting. During her time at UW-Madison, Meghan was involved in the Student Retail Association and Hoofer's Ski and Snowboard Club.

In her free time, she enjoys running, hot yoga, and reading. Meghan is excited to explore all the neighborhoods Chicago has to offer!

What is the Marketing Associate Program?

Launched in 2022, the Marketing Associate Program was created to give early-career professionals a structured, hands-on immersion into the world of digital marketing. Over the course of two years, associates rotate through key disciplines including:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Paid Media
  • Analytics
  • UX Strategy & Web Optimization
  • Content Marketing

But it’s not just task-based training. Associates work directly with department leads, contribute to real client accounts, and build a portfolio of hands-on work that drives real-world results.

 

Year 4

We’re thrilled to welcome Meghan into this next chapter. As a full-time team member, she’ll be right in the mix - collaborating across departments, working alongside specialists, and building her skills through real client work from day one.

We can’t wait to see her grow - and we’re just as excited to keep evolving the program and the opportunities it creates!
