Last week, the Marcel Digital team came together for our 4th annual company retreat at the historic Maxwell Mansion in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin! Four years in, it’s safe to say this getaway has become one of our favorite traditions - a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect as a team, and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished.
With teammates traveling in from across the country, this retreat is always a highlight of the year. It’s not only about reflecting on our work, but also about enjoying time together, building deeper relationships, and recharging as we look ahead to what’s next.
The weekend was filled with memorable moments, from a sunny afternoon on the lake to incredible meals and plenty of laughter. We also took time to reflect on our wins, both big and small, and to share appreciation for the dedication and creativity that drive our success at Marcel Digital.
As always, it was an amazing experience - fun, energizing, and inspiring. We’re grateful to have had this time together for the fourth year in a row, and we can’t wait to see what next year’s retreat brings!
