Last week, Marcel Digital hosted our 20th anniversary company retreat at the Maxwell Mansion in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin! This is our big annual get together where we bring together the team from all over the country into one place where we can relax, take stock of what we have accomplished so far this year and get to know each other a little better.
Starting the weekend off strong, we decided to surprise our CEO, Ben Swartz, with everyone dressed in his iconic “uniform”: nantucket reds and a blue button up, followed by a lovely dinner and a (surprisingly intense) game of bingo. We also chose to do all this on one of the hottest 100° days which was quite the (sweaty) experience.
The rest of the weekend was spent enjoying an afternoon on the lake, followed by us all getting dressed up for dinner to formally celebrate Marcel Digital’s 20th anniversary! It was a delightful evening filled with speeches, champagne, delicious food and great company.
The weekend was full of fun, friends, and plenty of memorable moments and we’re so grateful to have gotten to enjoy such a great weekend for the second year in a row. Here’s to next year!
